The Restaurant

Primo aims to offer exceptional fresh pasta, made using superb organic flours from our partnership with a traditional artisan mill.

Inspired by places seen and enjoyed on numerous trips in Italy and abroad, we have created three distinct areas; informal, welcoming and friendly spaces, perfectly in line with our concept of food, which should be slightly intriguing. This is why we think it’s the perfect place for a candlelight meal with your loved one, a joyful occasion with friends or family and – why not – with whoever you want!
Everything is freshly made on the premises; we have tested and re-tested to find the right blend of flour for our pasta, with a high protein content, a little fibre to give a rich flavour and the just right amount of semolina to cook perfectly al dente!
Enjoy the journey! We went in search of regional products made by true masters of the art: cured prosciutto from Fratelli Pelizziari (the best prosciutto crudo in Italy according to Gambero Rosso), capocollo lovingly smoked in traditional Apulian trulli, a very special salami cured on the banks of the Po and many other regional delicacies.
