What we offer

It all arises from our immense passion for pasta, freshly made in our kitchen using wonderful ingredients, starting with very special flour, high in protein and fibre. A combination of traditional and more creative recipes, which change with the seasons, partly inspired by our many trips to the Italian regions. We wanted to create an atmosphere of conviviality, offering appetisers to share or enjoy alone, a variety of succulent pastas and a choice of main courses inspired by growing up in families where eating well was sacred, and therefore by wonderful food memories that bring an instant smile.
This is Primo: the highest quality ingredients in simple dishes, sharing, seasonality, enormous respect for the magnificent regions of Italy, and so much joy; we can’t wait to offer you moments of happiness and sheer pleasure.
